Welcome to our “Get Out with God” podcast. We are Rick and Kristine Ingraham, founders of The Viking and the Lioness Ministries, Inc. Our mission is to encourage people to “Get Out with God” in order to begin to heal, become whole and live well… spirit + soul + body.

In Day 5 of our 40-Day Journey with Jesus: A Lenten Reflection, we begin with Hebrews 10:19-22 NKJV.
Today, as you begin walking out your Journey with Jesus toward the cross and the empty tomb, we would love to share with you and unpack today's scripture... four little, but mighty lines. As we read this scripture and prepared to share what God placed on our heart to share, we felt an overwhelming sense of FREEDOM. For those that know us, you know we do not like to be caged and want to be wild and FREE. As we read this verse, it did just that. It FREED us...from rules, regulations, guidelines, shame, blame, constraints, chains in our desire to draw closer to and into a more intimate relationship with Christ. We both want to know Him better. We want to be able to hear His voice, His calming whisper and guidance on next steps. We want His voice to be the only One that we hear above all the "white noise" in life. We don't just want our ears to hear, but our spirit + soul + body. We want to “be still” and be FREED by what we hear. We what to "know" that it is the voice of God and that all will be well... no question, no doubt, no fear. Today's scripture, Hebrews 10:19-22 NKJV began to do just that.
“Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.” Hebrews 10:19-22 NKJV
